Sims 3 – My First Time Playing

I just got The Sims 3 and my first experience wasn’t that good. First of all I think I will have to upgrade my Laptop because I was lagging a bit. The worse thing I found while playing are the controls!! I was all over the place with it, I just HATE it!

I tried to do my self sim. It took me over an hour, and although I realized it didn’t look exactly like me, I decided to try her out. Well she .. eh, I, am ugly. My resolution in the game must have been wrong because looking at these shots I look like a horse. I have a thin face, but I overdid it.

Darn that Sim looks extremely ugly, lol. Anyway, I have a headache after playing for a couple of hours, especially because of the controls.

This one made me laugh when she almost chocked on her salad. Weirdly that shot looks more like me, lol.

I hate those zzz’s. I noticed that Modthesims already has a mod that takes them out. When I told her to go to bed she stood besides the bed and it took like 10 sim seconds for her to finally decide to go to bed!! And the speed is way too slow even on ultra high speed.

I then went into a different house with a Maxis made Sim. Her name is Meadow I think. I don’t’ know why but she looked a lot fatter and butch while I was in the game. Like I said, it must be my resolution. I find it way too cartoony. Maybe if I upgrade my graphic card it will be better?

I hate those noses. I hate the wide eyebrows. I miss custom skintones and eyes. lol

I am wondering if most of the Sims 3 was done by England?

She had a guitar in her personal inventory and she pulled it out and started playing. I found that pretty cool.

I’m not crazy about the looks of the kids in The Sims 3. Sims 2 has better looking kids. They are cartoonish. Maybe custom contents will help. Or maybe it’s just my graphic card. But I am not crazy about Sims 3 as I thought I would be. And the controls…… arghhhhh…………. !!!!!!!
