Chapter 06 – Finding Love

Arielle still spends a lot of her time in her vegetable garden and planting flowers.

The quads dancing together and having fun.

After school one day they each brought a friend home from school and had a little party. I don’t remember who that old man was. This is when Yzidor met Sarah Macarevich.

Later that evening they sat outside talking alone.

They really hit it off.

Before going to bed that night, he played a game of Poker with his parents. His mind was always on Sarah though.

Arielle, Yen, Lila and Andrew played Poker together.

Later that night Lila finds Andrew and Yen together in bed. She was furious.

She screamed at Yen. Yen was speechless. He hadn’t meant to lead her on. He thought she had moved on as well.

That night Andrew played Poker with Arielle. At the same time he told her he really cared for Yen and didn’t want to cause any problems in the family. She still isn’t convinced that Yen in gay, she believes if Andrew would just step away her son would find himself.

 

Yzidor and Sarah have a date.

Yzidor gives pointers to Sarah on how to shoot some hoop.

Bayley still loves to practice her Ballet.

Yen is now finally an adult.

He is still dating Andrew.

Andrew is often over at Yen’s house.

Bien falls for a guy she met in school, Eric Seavy.

 

It wasn’t long before Bien started missing her periods. She confided to her father about it.

When her mother found out she gave her the silent treatment. Bien was very uncomfortable, but thankful at least she could talk to her father.

Lila started coming around again, and finally Yen sat with her and told her the truth about being in love with Andrew. She admitted to him that she always thought she’d marry him.

Summer finally arrived and they got rid of their ice skating rink and got a swimming pool. Here’s a few shots of Bayley enjoying the new pool.

Arielle also loves to swim with Bayley. It is quite fun and refreshing.

Bloopers, Candids, & Bugs

Here are some bloopers & bugs / glitches that happened while playing The Sims 2. Explanations above each snapshots if needed.

Siamese twin’s legs?

Being taken away by aliens.

 

A floating infant baby. There was no bed there. He wanted to cry so he laid the baby on the floor and the baby floated there.

The toddler fell asleep while peeing.

The twins just had their birthdays and grew up at the same time. They seem shocked by their appearance and I don’t blame them! The legs in the back isn’t someone who hung himself, it’s just a child jumping on the bed.

Playing Peek-a-Boo with a ghost?

Sharon Wirth didn’t even open the door, she just walked through it. You can see part of her left arm and her right leg are still on the other side of the door.

"He’s behind me, isn’t he?" Victor Aspir and his son, Parker.

I had the game paused and found Bien like this. She was making the bed.

I was using a hack pose that I downloaded, and her face kept changing and making weird expressions.

When they play Poker, their eyes keep doing these weird movements. I don’t know why.

“Kiss me baby” – She was whistling and he was dancing. Their mouths are ugly when they whistle.

Finding Oneself & Growing Chapter 05

Yen and Andrew are both into ballet and spend a lot of time together.

Even after ballet classes they find “other” things to do together.

Yen hasn’t been hiding the fact that they like each other anymore in public. He does care for Lila, but he can’t bring himself to feel for her as he does with Andrew.

He tried to take his mother’s advice and see other girls. She told him maybe he was just confused because Lila had been his only girlfriend. But he found himself going through the motions, his heart wasn’t into it and he kept thinking about Andrew.

The Quads birthdays!

The quads as teenagers.

Bayley as a teen. She has her mother’s’ full bodied freckles and her father’s grey eyes and brown hair. But it’s her mother’s beauty that shines through.

Beah has all the features of her father’s and she likes to wear her hair really short.

Yzidor, like Bayley, has their mother’s freckles and their father’s grey eyes, but his hair has some orange in it, like their mom, unlike the other siblings.

Bien has their father’s hair color and has not freckles, but she is the only one of the siblings to have their mom’s green eyes.

Beah is really into science and on her first night with her new telescope, she got abducted by aliens! Luckily she was brought back home, unharmed.

Most boys seem to really find Bayley hot, and she likes the attention.

Chapter 04 – Is Yen Ready for Love?

Yen often goes out, he loves to meet new people. He really likes Robin Zarubin, she has such a natural beauty. But she is much older than he is and she’s not interested. However, he still admired her from afar.

One day he invited his new friend Andrew Martin over to his house and he invited Lila so she could meet him as well.

For some reason Lila acted snobbish and obviously didn’t like Andrew.

She excused herself early that day and went home.

They stayed outside, just the two of them, talking.

Yen was starting to get cold so he invited Andrew inside.

Andrew teased him and asked what his parents would say. Yen assured him that he was allowed to have friends over. Andrew just laughed and followed him inside.

It was later when they were alone that Andrew finally admitted to Yen that he was attracted to him.

Andrew was afraid he would offend or scare Yen away, but Yen assured him he was okay with it. He admitted that he was attracted to him as well.

And so, they started to make out.

It was the next day that Lila surprised him by dropping by with a gift for him. He noticed that she even had make-up on, something she usually didn’t wear.

He started getting uncomfortable when she reached out for his hand.

Then she got closer. He didn’t know how to react and was quite surprised by her new behavior. He had never thought of Lila in this way before.

His heart started racing when she went and laid down on the bed and asked him to join her. The same bed he had lain on the night before with Andrew.

He decides to go and asks her why she is acting different. She admits to him that she has been in love with him for a while.

He admits that he doesn’t know
if he feels the same way. She asks him to give her a chance.

He just thinks in the moment and decides to get closer to her.

He doesn’t really think much of it at the time, and they make out and make love.

She seems content and happy afterwards and asks him to call her later, then she left to go to a class.

Later that day Arielle brings him aside to talk to him. She had noticed he had spent some time alone with Lila in the bedroom and she wanted to know if anything happened. He told her the truth on what had happened. She wasn’t happy about it, especially because she feared he would hurt Lila if he didn’t feel the same way. She asked him to not lead the girl on.

Looking at the stars that night, he wonders what he is going to do. He wonders how he really feels. He hadn’t been out looking for a relationship, he just wanted fun. He seriously didn’t want to hurt Lila. She had been his best friend his whole life. He adored her and loved her deeply as a friend, but could he fall in love with her?

Chapter 03 – Their activities

Yen is getting a lot better at ballet. He goes often to his classes in town to learn more.

He received an award for being so good in ballet. Whenever he practices, he gets in the zone.

When it came to his education, he had a hard time with homework. He’d constantly get behind in his work and had poor grades.

The quads are growing up and Bayley also has a love for ballet.

Yizidore loves all sports, so they built an ice skating rink.

Arielle really has a love for skating as well.

Bien enjoys spending time playing with the train set.

Homework time.

I don’t know why some snowmen that the kids build have a pitchfork and an evil look. Here the penguin came to talk with him. He comes by often.

There is never a dull moment at the Astere household. It’s Yen’s birthday!

Yen is now a teenager and his best friend is still Lila Young.

As a teenager, Yen is still very much in love with doing ballet.

Arielle, Yizidore, Bien, and Bayley enjoy playing catch outdoors in the snow.

Beah would rather play alone with her doll.

Chapter 01 – Raising Quads

Raising a toddler and 4 newborns was more than a handful so they had a lot of help from Nanny Lexie Anderson.

Growing up with quads as siblings, Yen adjusted pretty good and loved to help his parents with the babies.

Soon the quads were all toddlers. Here is Bayley. She loves to have her mother play with her hair and dance with her.

Beah, she is into everything and hates to have her hair combed, so they had to cut her hair short.

Bien, she is the quietest of the four and rarely fusses.

Yizidor, he’s a real boy and loves to play rough.

They had to add an extension to the house. They added a bedroom for the quads, made Yen’s room larger, and added a playroom, where they spent most of their times.

Luckily Arielle was able to stay home with the kids and spend a lot of time with them, and when Zack was home he’d spend his time with them as well.

Arielle still found some one on one quality time with each children. Yen loved to learn to fish with her.

Yen loved to dance and had a stereo in his room where he’d pretend he was a dance teacher and he’d dance with his siblings.

They decided to put Yen in dancing classes. He would practice ballet every night in his room.

Zack loved to read them stories. They all would sit around and listen, except for Beah who would often crawl away to something else. By the way they finally got her hair to grow again.

They were interesting and fun children to have. All looking so much alike, yet they were all so different. Bien, the quietest, loves to have cuddles while she sucks on her pacifier.

Arielle feeds her family with the food she harvests from the garden.

Yen’s best friend is Lila Young. [I gave her a little plastic surgery and makeover.]

Arielle got carried away playing in the snow and was starting to freeze. Here she is warming herself up besides the wood stove.

Make Overs – Riverblossom Valley

Here is where I will be adding the make over I make with townies and NPCs from Sims 2 Riverblossom Valley.

Here is Lila Young’s before and after. Not a major difference, but I prefer it.

Here is Lila Young as a teenager and then an adult. I thought I’d throw those in here as well. I didn’t change her hair as an adult, she grew up with them so I left them as is. She grew up quite pretty.

Alicia Reeves’ Before & After. I just changed her hair a bit and added some make-up.

  

Edith Lawson – Ballet Dance Secret Club Instructor. I only added some make-up and earrings.

 

Sarah Macarevich’s before and after. I only changed her hair and added make-up. Now I think she looked better before, lol, I will change her look again and post it back on here later.

   

Eric Seavy’s before and after. I just changed his hair and added some facial hair. He has an extremely long nose and his mouth isn’t that cute, but I hated to do a plastic surgery because I don’t think he’s ugly and it gives him character. I don’t want all my Sims to look the same. Just like real life, I want some flaws.
